Bio

Hana Russell brings passion and empathy to every practice. Yoga transformed her life through personal hardship, and that lived experience allows her to meet students exactly where they are.

Hana completed her foundational training with Zuda Yoga (2016) and Levels One and Two with The Baptiste Institute (2017). She co-founded Yoga Support in 2017 — dedicated to helping those recovering from brain surgery, brain cancer, or Traumatic Brain Injury. She is a Yoga Medicine® Registered Yoga Therapeutic Specialist holding a 500-Hour certification, with advanced training across therapeutic, restorative, and specialized populations — including nervous system health, pain science, mental health & wellness, prenatal care, lymphatics, pranayama, grief, addiction recovery, and yoga for children, athletes, and older beginners.

Her approach is simple: push with permission, lead with heart, and help you find your path to inner peace and resilience.
